Associate House was demolished to make way for (yet) more housing. It was a very sad end to a beautiful building in a beautiful setting. It had quite a history before being an Adult Education Centre too. See here.

So many thousands of people went through those doors over the years, I wanted to put something on the web for people to find and have somewhere for them to record their memories.
